The southern area in our country is rainy and humid. So the leak of the orbit electric circuit in big tunnel is much more and the resistance of the ballast is much less. It can't fulfil the work stability of the orbit electric circuit and the veracity and reliability of the information transformation.For example, the orbit electric circuit in the TUNNEL ofWuGuang-Railway including the SOUTH MOUNTAIN TUNNEL between LiangTian and TaiPingLi which is six thousand and fifty meters long,the BigYaoShan TUNNEL between ZhangJiaDu and ZhangTan which is fourteen thousand and nine hundred and thirty serven meters long and the tunnels between BoLuoKen and LianJiangKou,etc. is often leaky under the moist weather. According to the testing of the segment circuit , the orbit electric circuit segment and the resistance of the ballast,the average resistance of the ballast is less then 0.6Ωkm,and the minimum is 0.15Ωkm.It is a segment of low ballast resistance.The UM71 insulativeless auto-obturate orbit electric circuit can't be used to the segment whose resistance of the ballast is less then 1Ωkm. Otherwise the long tunnel whose rail bed leakage is too much and the resistance of the ballast is too little,the orbit electric circuit often causes the red-light-strap trouble,and it badly influences transports safety and efficiencies. Though we can do wash the railway bed,devide the orbit electric circuit into segments and add expiating electric capacity,we can't resolve the problem thoroughly.There is no corresponding auto-obturate system equipments to the segment of low ballast resistance.So the segments of low ballast resistance beside South Moutain Tunnel,DaYaoShan Tunnel and other long tunnels need other auto-obturate system equipments. Therefore it is necessary for us to study the work stability of the auto-obturate orbit electric circuit and veracity and reliability of the information transformation for the segments whose ballast is of low resistance.In order to resolve the red-light-strap trouble of the WUGUANG UM71 orbit electric circuit in rainy season,surrounding the red-light-strap trouble of railway whose ballast is of low electric resistance in rainy season,webegin our study . In order to solve the engineering practice problem and insure the engineering to complete successfully and put into use, under the support of the railroad department,struggling together with the GUANGTIE Group Corporation and the Plan&Design Institute Of Engineer,the Railroad Department Engineering Design Authenticates Center in conjunction with the Base Department of Conveyance Bureau,scientific research ,engineering developments, design, construction and the take-over, we took approximate a year to study and discuss with the argument again and again . we moused out the right resolvent in the segment whose ballast is of low electric resistance in WuGuang Railway , and developped and put into use the Account the Stalk and Double Orbit , the auto-obturate system equipment for the insulatingless orbit electric circuit.The Railroad department reply with the document No.508 of 2002: the segment whose ballast is of low electric resistance between LiangTian and TaiPingLi should adopt the auto-obturate system equipment ,the Account the Stalk and Double Orbit to deliver ZPW-2000 motorcycle signal information, and begin to be in use in May 2004 and adopt the auto-obturate system equipment ,the Account the Stalk and Double Orbit to deliver ZPW-2000 motorcycle signal information, and also adopt the ZPW-2000 type insulatingless orbit electric circuit for the main railway in the stations, realize the orbit electric circuit is monolithic with the motorcycle signal.That system have improved in the transfers safety and the transmission length and system dependence and maintenance .It heighten the system technique function price ratio and lower the engineering builds price and resolve thoroughly the railway red-light-strap trouble , where the ballast is of low electric resistance in raining season, and the problem delivering the motorcycle signal. With the development of computer imitation system to the orbit electric circuit , adoption a series of technique measure to improve the orbit electric circuit transmission safety beside breaking the railway to check the steel rail, dividing the circuit according to unbalance to the earth and the inherence Signal-to-Noise ratio of the receiver of the orbit electric circuit etc. it satisfies transmission of all...
