Along with the weighing technical development, people request for more about measuring accuracy and the automaticity. In traditional measuring process, it is difficult to guarantee the precision. In addition, the process of weighing is very complex.This design is a kind of intelligent instrument used in loader weighing. The instrument can demonstrate automatically the net weight of each bucket of goods wagons loading with coal, ore and so on. Further more, it can accumulate weight simultaneously, and Prevent overload of goods wagons and avoid the auto accident occurrence. Simultaneously it increases the precision of loading measurement. The customer's benefit will be guaranteed. Compared with the present domestic indicator type installment, it developed more functions, such as getting the net weight, accumulating automatically, warning, making reports with the printer and has high measuring accuracy.At present, there are many domestic and foreign weighing installments using the microcomputer in signal transformation and data processing. But the equipments are huge with complex structures, also the cost is high, needing the specialist to operate and to maintain. This article induces a design on the intelligent loader with weighing system. We use a monolithic integrated circuit to replace the microcomputer to carry on the control. It makes the intelligent weighing instrument get all necessary functions . This equipment has a highly antijamming ability, which help it work stably in the adverse circumstance. It has highly precision, and the error rate is controlled in 0.5-2% scopes. The structure is simple, but the service life is long. The electric circuit is versatile, which conforms to the scene test and the promotion need.During the instrument triturating, we guarantee the precision, the stability and the reliablity of the instrument. at the same time, we enable it to get a simple structure as possible as we could. According to this principle, we use the modular design .
