To measure the temperature of the rotation Axis, the measuring sensor was usually fixed on the rotation objects. But the power supply of the sensor and measuring results can not be got by the usual way. Therefore in this article the integration technique with embedded Internet, wireless transmission and remote power supply of Internet was studied. It was suitable for the temperature wireless data acquisition system with smaller, digital and network.With the help of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 made in DALLAS, the digital detecting of temperature can be realized conveniently. The low-power wireless RF Transceiver chipset nRF401 made in Nordic can wirelessly transmit the temperature data in short distance. In this way, it can avoid laying lines in the data acquisition terminal and made the temperature of the rotation object quite easy. The data was transmitted to Internet by the SCM embedded TCP/IP protocols in the receiving terminal, in this way the data can be remote transmit by Internet. In this article the hardware and software of data acquisition and transmission were be studied and designed. The software implement of temperature measure and the wireless Transceiver is MCS-51 assemble language. The UDP/IP protocol was run in 51 SCM and accomplished the transmission of data.In this article it analyzed and compared the power supply mode of temperature data acquisition of axis of rotation and the circuit of wireless send unit. With coupling power supply of detecting circuit in axis of rotation about in the annular transformer, it can avoid the inconveniences of the power supply of battery. For the simplicity of the design of power, the power signal was selected in the range of 10 KHz and 200 KHz. The disturbance of wireless data signal shall be fully considered.
