This paper is for power system, invalidation and leakage problem caused by improper temperature and humidity control component, presents to design intelligent humidity controllers,set chip technology, analog, digital electronics, circuit-aided design technology. DC ground resistance testing in groups, and the power system has been adopted as one of the necessary equipment.This paper designs a humidity controllers based on single chip technology. The system design is divided into five sub-module implements: power supply module of system, the signal processing module, the temperature and humidity acquisition module, the serial interface communication module, the human-computer interface module, the alarm circuit module and the output control module. Among them, the temperature and humidity acquisition module consists of the sensor SHT10 connected to the microcontroller, responsible for gathering the temperature and humidity of signal, then transmit into the microcontroller.These signals will compare with informations input by buttons control section. if overrun, the alarm circuit will work, and the microcontroller output control signals to start corresponding heating and dehumidification devices.The practice shows that the collocation the controller is more reasonable, more convenient to maintain, and easy to operate. Not only applicable to control of temperature and humidity environment, but it is also for other areas of temperature and humidity measurement. The control system design also has a higher reference value, strong commonality and adaptability.
