The thesis talks about the present situation of microwave power supply .The phase shift control ZVS-PWM switch power supply has many advantages over that made of leakage transformer. Almost all the paper researchs the design and experiment of the switch power supply.First the thesis analyses the basic principle of ZVS-PWM power supply.Then every part of the switch power supply circuit is designed and studied ,some view points are also put forward and proved in experiments. The thesis importantly researchs the working characteristic of Mosfet, it's driving circuit , resonant circuit, high frequency rectifying circuit and 3875 control circuit .Problems in designing and applying is also debated in this ariticle.The engineering design method of high frequency transformer is also introduced in the thesis and applied in experiments.At last ,the thesis summed up the result of this experiment and point out the it's decpect .The auther presents some recommdation to the desing and it's prospect.
