Research And Design Of No Paper Examination System

With the development and spread of computer technology, computers are gradually applied in the field of examination system, named no paper examination . No paper examination system not only check the lever of our learner fairly, but also save manpower and material resources, improve examine efficiency.In this paper, We analysed the current situation and lacks in no paper exeamination system in our country. Based on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, we designed and developed a no paper examination system, which has the function that produced test question automatically.Analyzing the exam outline of Microsoft Word , hardware resource , software resource, and various kinds of no paper examination system on the market at present. According to the need analying, our system consists of three function modules:prepare module, examine module and grade module. In prepare module, examinee' s information and exam pool were managed and maintained, meanwhile operation questions were produced automatically by system , what need we do just is input operation documents , not input operation questions; The examination module carryed out the examine course; The grade module could give a mark, storage score, print and other propress.The three function modules in our system are carryed out by exmination administrative system, examination server system and examination client system. The administrative system of the examination deal with examination pool construction and management, distribute the test paper to examinee, manage the information of examinee, grade the test paper etc. Examination client system with the function is logined and answering.
