With the soaring development in computer network technologies and thecontinuously enhancing attentions paid by most country authorities toeducation, the phenomenon that the people make use of the network as amodern communication method to carry on educating becomes quitewidespread. Nowadays, not only are the categories of the networkeducational resources various, but also the number of them is very huge aswell. Therefore, it needs to develop the network educational resourcemanagement software to effectively manage the network educationalresources, efficiently withdraw and organize the resource information that theuser needs from a great deal of the network educational resources at any time.Network Educational Resource Management System (NERMS) is ascientific research project in the Science and Technology Development Planof Jilin Province. The aim of the project is to organize and manage variouskinds of network educational resources effectively so that people can shareand access them efficiently, and to increase the speed of network educationalresources developing and utilizing, and just to further promote thedevelopment of educational network.As an important computer application on e-commerce, recommendersystem not only wins extensive concern in the research domain, but also getswidely applied to the e-commerce systems. However, the e-commercerecommender system still faces a series of challenges. Thereby, research one-commerce recommender system is of most realistic significance.Adopting the clustering recommendation technique, the resourcerecommender system of NERMS searches the correlative resources accordingto its interactive information and puts them into its correlative resource list.When the user browses the detailed information of the resource, the systemdisplays its correlative resource list, thus succeeding in providing itscorrelative resources for the user. In this way the user can conveniently findthe interest resources.
