Research Of The Coil Data's Real-Time Reception And Its Database Register System Realized By VC++

This paper is based on the alteration of coil data register system in a company coil rolling site. Aiming for the rolling data that is sent indefinite time interval at the spot, computer and database skills are used to receive and manage coil data produced from manufacturing process. Before alteration, a printer was utilized to storage coil data, but thus method had many problems, for example, short of ink or short of paper for the serial printer, printer paper jaw, unsafe keeping of printing result can cause date lost, etc.. the work efficiency is low ,therefore, the long time storage and the aggregate of coil data are not of convenience. Thus, the coil data's register without paper is made with the help of computer communication technology and database technology in this paper. First, this paper analyzes the consumers' requires in design, determines the functions and capabilities of the designing software, divides the structures of the software into modules, the coil data reception module and the database register system module . And the later is divided into frontal groud module and backgroud module. Second, It is detailed explained the real-time serial coil data's accepting and separating with the help of Windows API functions and multimedia timer technologies under the Visual C++6.0. it is of emphases to introduce the implement of the coil data database register system's background module, that is how to create the coil database used in the coil date register system on the basis of SQL Server 2000. It also explains the creatation of the database's tables and views. Then, the software all-around analyses the realization of the coil data database register system's frontal ground module under the Visual C++6.0, that is the storage ,the statistics of output, the data's inquiry, the printing, the back up of the data and the manage of operators modals utilizing the ADO (ActiveX Data Object) skill, dynamical displaying of the coil data using flexgrid. Moreover the main source codes are also showed. Finally, the tests of this software are put up, the result of which is presented. It also gives the Operation manual of the software and points out the problems that are needed to pay more attention when using this software.
