Now with network technology rapid development, the advanced science technology of some subjects fields get great progress including computer science and communication. The passed informations collect system have not satified the request with requirement increasing of complexity, veracity and the trait of in time for malfunction diagnosis of machine. So the research on the remote data collect of product line control system based Internet get important more and more. The article, which takes Li/MnO2 button battery automatic production line as an example, sets forth the setting-up of the software and hardware of the remote data collect system of based on PSTN and Internet on the foundation of studying and design of the LAN, and has carried on organic combination of the on-the-spot equipment and long-range network.In the course of setting up of the LAN, human-computer engineering regarded as the guidelines. The method of industry grades human-computer interface and that PLC combined adopted to establish system. Using PLC as the core control part of network. Through human-computer interaction platform, the human-computer interface and the flexible design of software platform enough satisfied the demands of human-computer interaction technology system. At the same time, the function of malfunction diagnosing automatically realized that shuts down and protects automatically. It combined the double warning information of the buzzer and touch-sensitive screen, and formed the warning system that relatively optimizes.It was to regard super terminal in Win2000 as tools of remote data collect based on PSTN mode, according to the communication protocol of Modem, adopting PSTN as connection media. Through parameters configure of AT instructions, Modem realizes to reply automatically, and combines monitoring function of CX-P through serialport, we have realized the connection and communication from client to PLC.Under Client/Server mode, the remote data collection system based on Internet way is realized through WinSocket technology and VC++6.0 Object-oriented programming technology conbining together according to TCP/IP protocol. Multithreading technology adopted to improve the real-time communication. The whole system adopts dividing layer and the Object-oriented design method, in possession of the characteristic of structure modularization, level, interface simpling, good adaptability etc. Finally we get an open remote data collect system. This system is debugged by the experiment successfully.
