Research And Implement Of IAD System Based On NGN

IAD(Integrated Access Device) system is a complicated embedded system, which relates to computer science, DSP(Digital Signal Process),telecommunication, network, and electronics technology, etc. It can be widely used in NGN (Next Generation Network) as a kind of terminal device. This pager discusses the IAD systematically. I introduce the working environment of IAD and the related technologies such as SS (Soft Switch). Then I discuss how to choose the key hardware and RTOS (Real Time Operation System) for IAD in detail. I divide the system software of IAD into several simply models with individual functionality through analyzing the demand of IAD. After that I discuss the reality of supporting software model and web configuration software model of IAD and analyze the process of voice for IAD and introduce the signal and other advanced technologies relates to telecommunication that have been imported. Finally I summarize the paper and bring forward some advice and research aspects in future.
