The Design And Implementation Of J2EE-Based TMN Universal Network Performance Management System

TMN(Telecommunications Management Network) is one of three NetSystem(Exchange Ne-tWork,Signal NetWork,Telecommunications ManagementNetwork),which manage Telecommunications Network and optimize the work ofTelecommunications Network. Its basic concept is to provide a organized networkstructure, so as to obtain interlinkage among different Operating Systems or betweenOperating System and Telecommunication equipments. Following the big development of communication industry,different factorydevelop the different TMN platform.It result is waste resources and greatly reduceproductivity, what's more it go against extension in the long run. In order to overcomethe above disadvantages, this paper make a good use of system engineering theory incombination with software reuse concept and deeply analyze performance managementspecification which TMN impose on, and then advance a universal NetworkPerformance Management System based on TMN. The System includes TaskManagement,Data Collecting,Performance Threshold Management,Performancestatitistic analysis and use CORBA to meet main Net Management NetWork and so on.
