This paper analyzes the study and development of the experiments of teaching for digital relaying protection on abroad and home.Based on the requirement of experiments of teaching for digital relaying protection in home colleges.The configuration software of experimental device for digital relaying protection is developed.The frame of configuration software is true of the identical Single Chip Micyoco and different Single Chip Micyocos.As long as laboratory assistants set corresponding parameters for the identical Single Chip Micyoco,they can implement the functions.The functional module can be called without redeveloping directly. The configuration software is divided into PC software and Single Chip Micyoco software.The modularization design idea is adopted in this paper.The PC software is chiefly for setting-up control system of hardware and selecting algorithms and protections and setting-up the setting values.The PC software can also communicate with the digital relaying protection device by the RS232 interface or USB interface.The Single Chip Micyoco software can carry out the read analogue input function,measurement function,switching input function.controlling output function,protection function,local setting and displaying function and communication function.Students hold the principle,design of hardware and software and algorithm analysis of digital relaying protection by simulating instructional experiments.Experiments indicate that the configuration software can reach expected effect.
