With the increasing of the people's demandment for the wireless communication , the market of mobile telecommunications have great potential. This thesis introduces the procedure of designing the RF transceiver module which is based on CDMA2000 1X system. The highly integrated RFT3100/IFR3000 transceiver of QUALCOMM Corporation is used to realize the main chip of RF subsystem. The design of the subsystem is based on CDMA800M, and the typical Superheterodyne Structure is used in RF transceiver.This design reduce frequency error and phase error, and have the advantages of good dynamic range and selectivity, short exploitation cycle and small venture in the given performance demand, etc. By using of the advanced EDA tool CANDANCE, we have implemented a eight-layer board of RF handset model together with baseband. Its main characteristics meet the demands of protocol.
