It leads the AI's conception and method and technique into computer MIS, so that advances the system's Intelligent level. It combines OA and DSS to adapt users' demands better.However, in despite of nowadays MIS can support multi-user mutual in the same time, it sometimes forbids cooperation between users, and supports multi-user operate database by turns. At the same time it also try to shield form one user to another, so puts up the feint that only one user use the system. MIS is virtually a very complex and very huge information system. It cover with all aspects of a enterprise, and some manages are in relationship. At the same time, analyzes several key technology of MIS based on CSCW, and design a b/s road MIS based on Web with the theory and the fact circs of a road manage department. The MIS get over several technology: upload pictures, print crystal report etc. The MIS have basic function. The users can communicate on the Web. The MIS tryouts in a road department.
