Study On MAS-Based CSCW Architecture And Its Communication Mechanism

Since CSCW system was brought forward, more and more people have paid attention to this domain's research. People have a virtual working environment of computer to do cooperative work freely by CSCW system. But it is very complicated to realize such a perfect system because CSCW involves much professional knowledge of many subjects.Multi-Agent system embodys well the cooperativity of human being by virtualizing human rational behaviour to describe interaction between Agents and is specially applied to CSCW system due to its flexibility and adaptability. This paper is under the application demand of City Emergency Response Center System to present a theroy of system implementation model based on MAS by analysing CERCS's structure, cooperating mode and controlling mechanism.The model adopts global Agent, user Agent and functional Agent to control coordination behavior of system through structured information resulted in the cooperation of the three Agents. On the basis of study of MAS 's communication structure, communication method and mechanism of cooperation, This paper also presents a kind of communication frame model and cooperation mechanism based on the CSCW system of OAA (Open Agent Architecture ) to prove the validity of implementation model. It offers a great solution to optimize system communication mechanism and a reliable evidence to develop and design CSCW application system based on MAS.
