Research On Product Modeling Technology For The Networked Manufacturing

Networked Manufacturing is a new manufacturing idea generated in the 1990's. Its goal is to use the computer and network technologies, characteristics of manufacture and the developed integrated management theories to realize the digital, intelligent, networked, agile, integrated product design.The thesis puts forth a research aim on the technology of product modeling for networked manufacturing based on analyzing the requirements of product model and product modeling in networked manufacturing environment. The thesis includes:investigating the background of networked manufacturing and product modeling,giving a product model and a related product modeling method to networked manufacturing,expanding on three key technologies associated with the product modeling realization.At first, a systematic survey of networked manufacturing and product modeling is given, the study background and contents of this thesis are presented.Then,analyzing the requirements of product model and product modeling in networked manufacturing environment,the thesis presents a product model with the kernel of product model family based networked manufacturing. And It researches on the process of the product modeling.The method in thesis solves the union enterprises share the product life model data safely and conveniently in networked manufacturing.The thesis discusses three technologies in product modeling based networked manufacturing deeply,including extracting the product information and rebuilding model,assuring the model information consistency,exchanging the model data expression.Finaly,Some practise in developing product modeling based networked manufacturing is introduced.The model and method in this thesis are not only supporting the networked manufacturing,but also supporting others advanced design and manufacture technologies:parallel design,agility manufacture,cooperation manufacture and so on.
