Web Services is a new configuration, and is also the foundation stone of the next E-business generation, it will become the kernel techniques of the next generation of distributed computing system. And the technology in service discovery and service publication – UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery and Integration) is one of the core technologies in Web Services configuration, and it is the search engine of Web Services, UDDI technologies have received common attentions in enterprises at present, convinced, UDDI will be applied to BToB technology of future generation extensively. It is significant to study UDDI security technology in enterprises. On the basis of theory in Web Services configuration and UDDI, one solution has been put forward to meet the enterprise application demand for UDDI - UDDI security agent system, the principle of design is mainly to separate security module as a single system from UDDI center registry, requestors discover, publish or Transfer Web Services through the UDDI security agent system. The UDDI security agent system has solved problems that existing UDDI center registry technology can not meet specific demand in enterprise application and security problems in Web Services configuration. It is Independent, flexible, and can transfer Web Services, also provide a common programming interface. It has been proved that it is more suitable in enterprise application than other existing UDDI technologies. Then the UDDI security agent system is implemented on Dot Net platform, which has proved that the UDDI security agent system is correct and feasible.
