The industrial autoimmunization apparatus is the key development in our industrial development, with the appearance of the spot BUS the development of the test technology has important impact to our industrial control and in the auto-test technology the soft control and the communication between the computer and other apparatus is the most important.In the Item, we has developed an apparatus for testing the infrared four quadrants detector's shape and optoelectronic parameters, the parameters include the detector's shape sizes, the dark current , the note capacitance, the noise equivalent power , the pulse active sensitive degree, the equality character ,the consistent character and the influence of the four quadrants,It is Full-Auto control test, in the last we can get the result of these parameters and print the results . The Programming Language is Microsoft Visual C++, and the operate system is windows2000.In this article, including six sections, the first section is the preface of the article and the introduction of the apparatus and the hardware, the second section tell the test Sub-project and the Full-project, the third section is the control soft developed scheme and the flow of the soft.In the fourth section, we explained the development of the soft detailedly , in the fifth section, the article tell you the test result and analysis the test errors, in the last section is the summarize of this paper and the item.
