Information Intelligence Quotient And Measures--The ⅡQ Measuring Of 300 Students

I divided this paper into five parts :The first part analyzed the relationship among social information environment, personal information environment and human being so as to explain the background of information intelligence quotient concept; The second part emphasized the theoretic background of information intelligence quotient. On the basis of relevant researches and evaluation results of information literacy, information skill, informalization, I put forward information intelligence quotient; The third part further analyzed factors of information intelligence quotient, designed basic and multiple information intelligence quotient models. ;The fourth part set up three operational and executive index evaluating systems, brought forward idiographic methods of information intelligence quotient testing. In the meantime, it selected 300 students of SWUST to be as testing objects, analyzed their results, and finally opened out the relationship between three components of information intelligence quotient, three components and information intelligence quotient value. Besides these, it also simulated the established information intelligence quotient models;The fifth part proved that we could use information to solve the problems we met in our daily study and work, that to grasp and learn thisquotient is very practical for people to work in education, management, and information service, and to develop themselves.The purpose of IIQ is to help people understand the IIQ difference among persons, to have correctly understand, evaluate, perfect, and improve their self-adapting, self-controlling, and skills of creating information, which is also the purpose of this paper.
