In the actual production process, the complex uncertainty system contains complicit inside relationship, many outside affecting factors and massive originally data. So it is difficult to establish simple equation to predict the future trend of development, which restricted the people's access to get useful information and take effective action.In this paper, the complex uncertainty system is divided into a series of small systems, there small systems as granular consist of the quotient space, and then the paper deducts a granular topological evolution by analyzing different level granular, which initially established an information development model from fine-granular space to coarse-granular space. The model rebuilds the topology instruction of the complex uncertainly system and highlight the information of information carrier and information topology.The paper's main works include:(1) The application of the granular computing polymerizes the main affecting information of system development and reduces the dispersion of related information in raw data, then the paper analyze the information constitute of complex uncertainty system.(2) It established the information granular level topology instruction of complex uncertainty system, analyzes the information evolution and growth after granular computing, and then the paper establishes the growth model of system information.(3) The paper establishes an information forecasting equation in quotient granular theory. Then the equation is used to forecast the grain output and disastrous, which verify the usability of the method.
