Pulsed Flat-top Magnetic Field can achieve both relatively higher magnetic fieldstrength with relatively higher magnetic field strength stability during its flat-top, whichcan meet the requirements of more and more scientific research as the magnetic fieldstrength stability is improving.Generally, Pulsed Flat-top Magnetic Field is generated by controlled rectifier, whichcan produce relatively high current ripple for the Magnet. For further suppression ofcurrent ripple, many designers of DC power supply, which generate huge current withlittle ripple, resort to DC active filter.The paper introduce different parts of the Pulsed Flat-top Magnetic Field PowerSupply, choose the suitable option by comparing the advantages and disadvantages ofdifferent schemes according to the actual situation.5index for evaluating the performanceof current ripple suppression is proposed to evaluate the effect of ripple suppression, thestability of the system and the Economy of the design.As the high loop current between THC and APF due to the same feedback signal inTHC and APF control system, the paper propose coordinated control system based on theminimize of the DC active filter output current, which have good performance in the effectof ripple suppression, the stability of the system and the Economy of the design. Thefeed-forward signal of controlled-phase in THC control system have a great impact on theloop current between THC and APF in coordinated control system based on the minimizeof the DC active filter output current. For a better feed-forward signal, the paper proposeusing feedback to fix the dissatisfied feed-forward signal, the limitation of which iscarefully discussed, and the implement scheme of this method is designed on the basis ofrepeatable charge.The paper propose coordinated control based on the minimize for Current ofCircumfluence between THC and APF, establish its model, study the stability of thesystem, which can both restrain the DC active filter output current and Current ofCircumfluence between THC and APF.
