Enterprise Information Publishing Platform Based On Short Message Service

Along with the enterprise, clients, dealers and providers penetrating and interweaving, the enterprise's management presented dynamical, complex mode. The development of information publishing technology, it makes enterprise decision-makers and others mastering the new information between the interior and exterior enterprise in time. Now most enterprise still builds the fixed calculated platform. These platforms make the communication of information lag, and impact the decision-making and management of enterprise. This paper aim at the status, use the information publishing technology based on SMS(Short Message Service), solve and amend the problem of enterprise information publishing .The paper contrasted and analyzed the advantage and disadvantage between the publishing information based on Web and SMS technology. And then build the Enterprise Information Publishing Platform(EIPP) based on SMS, and discuss the actuality and evolution of EIPP. Finally, the paper studied the EIPP based on SMS which system framework and the main content and objects of information.The paper analyzed the communication protocol and coding or encoding of SMS, and designed the technical framework of EIPP based on SMS, and studied this framework whose part of key theory and technology. It presented a kind of operating mealanguage about its design principle and method. And then it studied method of the data-alternation and integration between with the different application systems. In addition, the author designed the functional structure of the SMS application server. Finally, it makes the project of "Co. Changfeng EIPP" which is the enterprise automatic project of Co. Changfeng to the applied background, and studied the applied status of EIPP based on SMS. It completed the total planning and executing of Co. Changfeng EIPP, and acquired applied effect preferably.
