Satellite navigation has already been an important part of the general national power for a country. The advanced and practicability of Global Position System, and its characteristic orientating exactly has been generalized and used rapidly in all the walks. On the other hand, the communications technology with the traditional and single function, couldn't meet the demand of the multi-services improvement. Therefore, it is quite necessary to design the integrate information systems in many ways, such as using the advanced Global Position System, computer technology, communications systems, and many kinds of advanced integrate technologies. Thus, using advanced data processing technique, computer technology and Large Scale Integration, it has been an important part of the development of information industrialization that achieve integrative information system which integrate communications orientation, figure transmission and multi-object real-time scouted management. Consequently, Satellite navigation is converted to popular application from professional application, and becomes the new rising of IT after communications and Internet. In the article, the idea of integrated design in integrated information management system is brought forward, using the last word in the information technology field, adopting the design method of combining integration with software and hardware, based on personal Computer, digital signal processing, single chip micprocesser, mobile communications equipment, public broadcasting system, integrated many kinds of information technology. An integrated information system integrating communications, orientation and multi-object real-time scouted management is designed, thus achieving information of managing mobile targets, and the design and implement of system is study in detail. The integrated design and accomplishment of the information management system is introduced mainly, including hardware flat in information processing, design and exploitation of software, the design of major functions and technology and so on, and many measures like using Kalman filter technology improving the precision of orientation are put forward, and the following task is discussed preconscious. The results of system's completion and application demonstrate that the integrated design of Global Position System integrated information management system is reasonable and feasible.
