The Research To OA Service And Its Supporting System With Flexible Workflow

According to the problem which the small and medium enterprises face up with when they want to implement the informationization of enterprise and to establish the office automation system, in this paper, we have designed and implemented an OA system with flexible workflow to support OA service on Internet. Firstly, we analyze the office work demands of the small and medium enterprises in detail. Secondly, we design the macro-framework of the web-based OA system and the framework of the workflow system, and define the whole framework of the system and the function of the every module. Finally, we implement an OA system driven by flexible workflow system which offers the small and medium enterprises the Internet OA service. The OA system is developed by Microsoft dot net development platform and the ASP.NET Web technique, and we design the light-level workflow engine system into the server's component to control the procession of the enterprise.Our resolution to Web-based and Internet OA system which be adopted to design this system become a research spot .In this paper the implementation of Internet OA system meets the demand of the medium and small enterprises and resolves the problem which the medium and small enterprises face up with when they want to establish their office automation system. This OA system supports the idea of Internet office automation service, and realizes telecommuting and mobile office work, and be enable to be extended to realize the internet collaboration platform. The design of web-based and flexible workflow system which controls the work procession of the medium and small enterprises can meet the demand of work process of them and enhance the flexible of the work process. So the web-based and flexible-workflow-droved OA system is an ideal resolution which meets the demand of medium and small enterprises establishing OA.
