To telecom operators ,the way to protect information's security, stabilization and smooth is the most import problem which should be seriously faced with and effectively solved. With the propose of solve this problem thoroughly and generally, we should begin with four aspects : security forecast, reaction, protection and recondition. And the alerting of intrusion & protection is the most import direction. To get rid of the security hidden troubles in Telecom Network Management System , this article takes Mobile Telecom Network Management System as our main aim to discuss, supports a integrated solution scheme of alerting of intrusion & protection. Jilin Mobile Communication Company has primarily formed an administration system of network, which can centralize the maintenance of all communications. Since it has achieved the centralized maintenance, such as centralized monitor and administration, the administration system of network has played an important role in improving the maintenance efficiency of Jilin mobile communication network. Along with the rapid development of mobile communication and the sharp enlargement of the net size, the significance of this system is increasingly enhanced now.This system is for the sake of all engineers of Jilin Mobile Communication Company, which contains mounts of net interfaces among OA system, 1860 client-service system, expense-compute system, communication-exchange system and management-analysis system, etc. The net-management system's security is incessantly threatened by the bugs in computer network security, development of hack technology and net virus. Also the possibility that these facts may directly threaten the net management system does exist. Mobile communication network, which has a rapid development, a widely distributed area, a highly required security, is particularly agile to information security. Great economical lost and some unpredictable problems will come up with the security problem. So, network security problem is the most import question above all. The research propose of this article is to support a simple and efficient method to find intrusion rapidly, to alerting and analysis rapidly, to response and solve rapidly by seeking, alerting and analysing intrusion. So we can protect the security of our Mobile Telecom Network Management System with a positive and voluntary protection way.Intrusion alert is defined as : forecast the intrusion or the propose of intrusion from other systems by the operation to action, security log , census data or information which can be get from internet.Intrusion alert technology is a subject designed and deployed which can find and report un-authored or exception effectively and timely to maintain the security of computer system. This thesis mainly designs Intrusion Alert system on the whole, and also design and develop its main functional modules. The functional modules of Intrusion Alert system include data collection, data processing and association analysis, note alarm, worksheet management, report forms analysis, capital management, maintenance instrument, and the knowledge management, etc. The whole system adopts the J2EE frame to accomplish the work of developing the Intrusion Alert system and the nuclear subsystem chooses UML to modeling in order to realize the modularization design and to make each logic functional module load dynamically and run independently. So that it can satisfy the requirements of the dynamic Intrusion Alert system of the mobile communications.The main idea and goal of Intrusion Alert system is to form a risk manage system which takes capital as core.
