With the development of computer technique, data communication and network, information technique has great impact on traditional Control domain. Industrial Control Automation System (ICAS) was presented based on the integration of computer technique, network technique and management technique etc. Real-Time database plays a key role in the architecture of ICAS, provides other advanced application systems with a basic integrated data platform.Distributed Real-Time Database System (DRTDBS) based on C/S structure is widely used in Industrial Control domain. Users can manage these databases which are distributed physically but integrated logically through servers. This thesis does some research on transaction management technology of DRTDBS based on C/S structure under the Industrial Control Environment to make transactions real-time and concurrent. For the amount of different kinds of transaction is diverse, this thesis presents Time & Fixed Priority-Least Spare-time First (T&FP-LSF), through which, a server can schedule lots of transactions towards their Fixed Priority to make sure that all the Hard Real-Time Transactions and the most of Soft Real-Time Transactions satisfy their deadlines. The Concurrency Control Technology of RTDBS is also an important part of transaction management technology. Because of different transactions' traits in their executing phase and committing phase, this thesis presents the Grading Concurrency Control Mechanism (GCCM) with the consideration of the scheduling algorithm and 2PC committing protocol, and gives the modules of real-time scheduling and the ways of realizing GCCM based on Hash index technology. Finally, the correlative tests on the emulator platform SW-Test present that T&FP-LSF and GCCM can reduce the Miss Ratio and Restart Ratio of transactions.
