Making contemporary Chinese society's transition as the era background , this text analysed carried on a new explanation of the relation between the news keyword and social development. Through describing the characteristics and development trends of the social transition period's politics economy and culture, analyse the keywords' development rule under the macroscopical background, and probe into the inherent consistency between social historical development and the keywords of the news.This text divides into the three parts : the preface , majority t and conclusion.Preface part briefly analyses the era particularity of contemporary Chinese transition, explains the research background of this text, research object, and proposes the main argument of this text, pointing out the studying purpose and meaning.The majority part is divided into three chapters, having analysed the relation of the mass media and society and politics from the angle of political dissemination, economic dissemination and cultural dissemination separately. Chapter one proved that news keywords is the true reproducing of politics shape and political concept through analysing initial political transition and keywords; Chapter two analyses the impact on keywords of economic makeover , verifies keywords have concentrated the view of social economic development; Chapter three through describing contemporary China's social culture's trends and keyword's culture characteristics and development analyses that the consistency of two turning from political centre to the humane centre on development trend, therefore proves that the keyword of period is the whole social culture.Conclusion part summarize full text. The development course of the keyword and all sorts of changes during that time, in fact are the true portrayal of the social historical appearance of specific period, the development course of the keyword can refract out the development orbit of the whole society to a certain extent, the development history of the keyword is the epitome of the history of social development, the two have inherent consistency, so, the keyword is the inscription that the society made the transition.
