Nowadays with the continuous Development of Information Technology, Educational Reform has made great progress , IITC(Integrating Information Technology into the Curriculum)already become focus being studied in the primary and middle school all over the world. In China since 1990 , many people such as the departments of education administration, researchers, teachers, etc. also carry on research on IITC and have made a series of achievements. However, with the continuous improvement of the social informatization degree, the expansion to the depth of the primary and middle school educational reform, we make a general survey of IITC practical situation at present and can find out that there are such questions as theoretical research falling behind in the demand of practice, only the superficial practice, lack effective informatization instruction support system , etc..To above-mentioned questions, this text investigate the situation of IITC practice and the demand of support system function, and have made a general and in-depth study of IITC and its support system current situation, and has applied the serial technology of Semantic Web theory to design its support system model and structure. Finally ,according to software engineering, we apply Web Design technology to fulfill the system prototype.The whole research can be divided into five steps. First, we investigate the situation of IITC practice and the demand of support system function, and based on its questionnaire statistic result we make analysis of its practice and demand of support system function .
