Layout And Design Of Community Integration Information Service Platform

As computer technology and internet technology become more advanced, the construction of city informatization will show a trend for large-scale development in the next few years. Community informatization as one of the key construction of city informatization has been developed at a dazzling pace, especially in the last two yeas.The general view about the concept of community informatization in IT area puts much emphasis on the Internet service, traditional Property Management Office Service, as well as the construction of community networks and life, entertainment, study on line and so on. Overall, community informatization consists of community networks and its application service.With the maturing of information infrastructure and high level overall informatization, the family-centered community informatization has become the developing direction. Furthermore, the community service informatization, the kernel of community informatization system, has become the market which network operators compete for. Network operators are seeking for the way by which they can provide more convenient service to the residents.At present, China Telecom, the largest network operator in China, is striving for the transformation from traditional network operator to modern information service provider. When I practice in Shanghai Telecom, I get a fortune to take part in the research work of the community service informatization. According to the investigation, we find that the intercommunion between community service providers and residents is not satisfactory and more efficient information channel and family information terminals are needed more than ever. So we put forward the Community Integration Information Service Platform as a solution.This platform takes all kinds of telecom transaction terminals as the terminals of community information service and provides more convenient information service to community residents. Meanwhile, it also acts as a basic platform of information operations to provide a series of basic and normative interfaces, and becomes a basic frame of development of value-added community informatization operations.This paper puts forward a model and basic function of this platform, and illustrates the main information flow and the frame structure of main modules by taking short message as a service terminal, and in the end, evaluates the value of the operation and market prospect of the new platform.
