Research And Implement Of Web-based Intelligent Tutoring System

In recent years, with the development of Internet, there appears in large numbers of Network-based Instruction platforms, but many of them are short of personality and intelligence, which results in low quality of instruction. Intelligent Tutoring System is a effective method. ITS is a technique based on Cognitive Science, using AI, psychics about educational and Compute Science etc.This paper has a discussion of concept, ITS and function of ITS. On the basis of theory of ITS, knowledge model and student model and learning control are studied, and this paper offers a effective model and a actual framework of Web-based Intelligent Tutoring System. When building tutoring knowledge model, knowledge points and their relationships are researched. And a knowledge network are built to intelligent tutoring control. At the same time, a cognitive student model are built. Then how to implement learning control is further discussed as well.At last, the key technique of implement Web-based Intelligent Tutoring System is researched,and how to implement the model of the system are discussed in development of SASTutor.
