When we use the search engine to look for the information in the internet , we may meet the same situation that it returns with millions of records no matter who you are. It is to say that the Search Engine system lacks of intelligence and personality badly. The research begins with recent searching technology, After analyzing the new technology of Google Web Services and many personal factors that may infect the searching results, I have a try in building a new searching platform based on the Google Web Services that is more intelligent and personalized.The Google Web Services is the Internet Searching Web Services supported by Google.com. Although it is a beta vision, it is still very attractive because of its incredible power and simple data interface. The research involves some analysis of the Google Web Services, including the working process , the data communicating technology , and the great usefulness.If we want to build such a personalized searching platform , it is necessary to consider of the character of the user and to mine the useful information from the searching cookies. The thesis bases on the personal information, tracks the user's web log , and considers some character of the keyword ,such as its real meaning and the place it appears. Then I conclude some varieties of the personalized searching system, and the methods to calculate their weight. All the methods are supposed to an Optimized searching result.Speaking of the software designing , I take the .Net and the SQL Server 2000 for help. After taking some cases to check the searching platform , I can say that in some degree this platform can give an intelligent and personalized searching result.
