Research And Implementation On Third Party Logistics Based Education Platform

Logistics has known as the base of national economy. It links the other sectors and makes them as a organic body, In some area or nation, logistic has became the pillar of economy. Such as Holland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Panama, Japan, etc, and in China, Shanghai and Shenzhen have already put the Logistic into the list of support sectors.As China enters WTO, because of the low level of logistics in our country, there will be a fast-developing stage in the logistics industry. The shortage of the qualified personnel in a specific field of the logistics will become one of the bottlenecks of development. Now in university, logistics teaching has been overweighing the introduction and teaching of basic theories. Students lack the understanding of information-based management of logistics and the chance of practicing even more, make teaching divorced from the logistics developing. In the finished project of Elab1.0, we did not provide the logistic system. And our customs need logistic knowledge. Because of above-mentioned reasons, we design and implemented the third party logistics based education platform. The thesis is also accomplished according to it.At first, this paper carried on the research to the demand of third party logistics tutoring system, analyzed the real information system of a third party logistics enterprises and a logistic education system of other company. On this foundation, the business model of the logistic education system has been provided. Based on this model, we design the overall system frame of a third party's logistics tutoring system based on COM component, made every effort to implement basic function of information system, possible reducing coupling degree of every subsystem, so that accomplish a open, update system. Finally, summarize to subject, and expect to the development in the future of the subject.The realization of the logistic education platform can be used as a independent system. At the same time It also can be merged with other systems, such as B2B, ERPof Elab as a whole e-business education system.
