With the aggrandizement and development of the infrastructure, it is more and more high with the request of the quantity. Its quantity affects the infrastructure quantity directly. Using the concrete production equipment-automation control agitation station can guarantee the quantity of the concrete and raise the concrete production efficiency. Weight transmitter is a core module in the concrete of whole produce craft process. Highly precise weight transmitter is purpose of this thesis.The characteristics in this paper as follows:(l)The design is based on 24-Bit A/D Converter CS5532 of Cirrus Logic.The highly integrated △- ∑ Analog-to-Digital Converter uses charge-balance techniques to achieve 24-bit performance. High dynamoic range programmable output rates flexible power supply options and simple three-wire serial interface makes the ADC ideal solutions for weigh scale. CS5532 offer both self calibration and system calibration. The calibration can eliminate A/D zero error system channel error and drift error.(2) The hardware circuits with AD623 and potentiometer X9C103 develop programmable gain amplifier. Maxmal singnal range of weight transmitter input is 0 to 36mV.The AD623's gain is resistor programmed by X9C103, or more precisely whatever impedance appears between Pins 1 and 8.(3) A new drift correction algorithm of weight transmitter system is introduced. The drift of weight transmitter includes zero drift and gain drift. Drift correction algorithm perfectly resolves the drift problem practicely.Simulation experiments have been made. The results show that the performance of drift correction algorithm given in this paper is satisfying. The design is relatively high valuable in practice. It is proved to be relatively high effective.
