The automatic winding control system introduced in this thesis is based on the designof the PLC in Siemens S7-300series, the system mainly adopts the latest T-CPU inSiemens as the core controller, SINAMICS S120as the driving controller to accomplishsteel belt pulling, cutting, trimming, transport, heat treatment, winding, etc. Among them,the winding part is of top importance in the whole procedure.The thesis mainly completed the design scheme of the winding system, and introducesthe hardware and software system to design, using a up computer to monitor itsmovements at the same time.Firstly, we analyzed the composition of the steel strip production line winding systemto meet the production requirements and actual situation, and designed the overall scheme.Secondly, we selected the type of hardware and did some experiments, completed theattachment of system.Thirdly, we designed the overall control software based on the steel belt productionline winding control system of PLC to realize the unity of the parameter settings, windingmovements and track display functions on the basis of the completion of the wholehardware, in order to realize all kinds of basic movement functionsFinally, design the software to realize on time monitor of the winding system work bythe written in WINCC PC.After a series of testing and debugging, the system can operat and product stablely.
