Along with the development of communication, all users wish to communicate with others at every moment and in everywhere. Different users need different delay time and loss rate. Mobile network should provide different quality of service to different users. How to resolve this problem in the 3rd generation mobile system is an important problem.According to the research in the 3rd generation mobile system and the model of quality of service the research work mentioned in this paper is mainly about:1.
