Telecommunication is the process of transferring and changing information. Wireless communication channel is only the transport media. But how about channel was designed will directly affect the stability and quality of the transfer. The evolvement and progress of wireless communication bring up the new questions and technological requirement for the design of the wireless communication path. The requirement for the frequency accuracy becomes more and more high. As is known to increase the difficulty of the phase-locked technique, the increasing of the requirement for the noise of the communication path also made the design hard.This paper designs two types of channel about GSM based on 2G technique and WCDMA based on 3G technique, GSM/DCS shift frequency channel and WCDMA selected frequency channel. Then analyzing the merit and demerit of the shift channel and selected channel. Selecting the appropriate circuit model and then analyzing their frequency accuracy, the requirement for the noise suppression and channel linearity.Firstly, this paper introduced the phase-locked technique, then analysis the transient response, explained why the noise caused and how to suppress the noise.Secondly, this paper depicts the design theory of the channel, made clear the start of designing circuits and how to implement, then designed these two different type channels.Lastly, two different channels test results were given and the output frequency spectrum graph, compared with the theoretical value.
