Study On PKI Technology For E-Government Application

In recent years, building E-Government have already become a hotspot in our government informalization developments, but the information system security of E-Government becomes a problem. It is very necessary to use PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) technique to protect information system security in E-Government, for transmitting information confidently, reliably, integrallty and nonrepeatability.This thesis is based on the item -- the Application on PKI Technology for E-Government from the Information Industry Bureau of ChongQing. It aims to research the application of PKI which matches the national specification in the local area electronics government, to resolve information security of E-Government at present.This thesis mainly carrys on the following research:1) Analyzes the content of E-Government system, understand the definition of the information safety, analyze the ChongQing electronics government system information safety, and bring forword the resolvent.2) Analyzes the main arithmetic and applications of PKI , study the structure of PKI, further analysis the characteristics of our country electronics government PKI, Put forward the suggestion of E-Government PKI construction;3) Researches the digital certificate standard, structure and coding technique, analyze the characteristics of double certificateses, carry on the research to the application of double certificate.4) Carries out a case example of application of PKI in E-Government system.At last, the thesis concludes the work and proposes the further work in future.
