Research On The Information Security Strategy In Government Information System

With the rapid development of Information technology， especially the increasingpopularity of information construction in our country， the way of the governmentworking has undergone major changes. The application of E-government becomes moreand more extensive. Due to the openness of Internet， information sensitivity and otherfactors，information security of the E-government is facing severe challenges.Firstly， this paper discussed the security needs of system information from twoaspects，which are the E-government system and the information system. And then， ananalysis of security threats of the information in credit information system is made，putting forward the security requirements of the information security in E-governmentnetwork. Secondly，corresponding policy is designed aiming at different securityrequirements in the government-inner net and government-extranet. Ingovernment-inner net， identity authentication， role based access control and userbehavior tracking are applied to realize the three layers of protective system， so toensure that insider operate the system by rule and line. Public Key Infrastructure is usedto guarantee the information integrity and information security during transmission ingovernment-extranet. Finally， the security policy we designed is realized in theapplication case of Shanghai enterprise credit system.
