Design On Network Structure In The Goldtax Engineering

At present, china's tax administration informationalizing is advancing from its tax administration information system stressing on administration into setting up overall tax service system. Rapidly setting up a world's level tax administration system, realizing tax administration informationalizing, and making the system to meet the needs of "E-government administration" are an objective of struggle and necessary tendency of china's tax administration informationalizing.The Goldtax engineering network is a basic operating platform. It supports the tax administration information system running. Besides meeting the needs of computer auditing the special purpose invoice of incremental tax, it can provide taxation informationalizing service such as taxation administration, export drawback tax and office automation etc. So it can meet the needs of setting up "E-government " and " E-commerce " completely.Applying modern computer network technologies such as VPN, three layer switching and QoS etc. The Goldtax engineering network architecture for ChongQing state taxes system is overall planed and designed. The fallowing sections are included in this paper:(1) According to the general requirement and research of the national Goldtax engineering network and current situation of informationalizing construction in ChongQing state taxes system, a need analysis and construction objective of The Goldtax engineering network in ChongQing is completed.(2) Key technologies applied to The Goldtax engineering network such as VPN, three layer switching and QoS are adopted.(3) A design principle of The Goldtax engineering network in ChongQing state taxes system is presented: The Goldtax engineering network consists of data center network, backbone network and tax payer service network, they are interconnected each other to form a integrated information network system.(4) According to the construction objective of The Goldtax engineering network and system security requirement, an objective and design principle of the security system in The Goldtax engineering network are presented. Security system framework model and security technology framework are designed. A centralization administration system of security is planed. (5) Realizing approach for reliability of The Goldtax engineering network is researched. Equipment redundance spare, hot spare route protocol for CISCO OSPF route protocol acting as a nucleus route protocol and CISCO IOSQoS software are adopted respectively to guarantee realizing reliability for The Goldtax engineering network.
