The coherent integration technique is widely used in radar targets detection. Using this technique can improve the detection probability. In a signal processor, of Anti-warship Missile Active Radar Seeker, we use this method for targets detecting and tracking. The paper consists of the following parts:Firstly, some general models of Radar sea clutter and K-Distributed radar sea clutter were analyzed. The simulation method of K-Distributed radar sea clutter was discussed in details.Secondly, some main algorithms in the presence of strong sea clutter were studied based on the model of K-Distributed Radar Sea Clutter. A new method that can improve precision and stabilization of angle tracking was given.Finally, the design of radar signal processor based on advanced ADSP-21161 was introduced, including hardware and software. And the software developing technology of ADSP-21161, especially with the method of developing cluster multi-processor system, was generalized.
