A Study Of Security System Of State Personnel Information System

Though the electronic government project of the state personnel department has just started, the information system security has been regarded as the cardinal task of electronic government construction. This is a problem needed to be solved urgently for realizing the office automation, the government affairs open to the public. So, It is important to design a set of security schemes for state personnel information system.According to the method of the system engineering, the thesis analyzed the functions, the demands and weaknesses which influence the national personnel information management system. The thesis makes the emphasis on the safe and secret system, the security goal and security tactics of the network. Through describing the whole architecture, functions, the security problems existing in the existing safety measures and system network are analyzed. Then the technological solution scheme, including the establishment of the management system is presented. Thus an security frame of information management system of national personnel is provided. The scheme plays an important role in stopping up loophole, improving the use of the resource of the network.This thesis has very important realistic meanings to the development of the information management system of talent of national personnel.
