| This thesis studies baseband demodulation of mobile station based on cdma2000 standard, which including acquisition and track of PN code, and Maximum Ratio Combining. Then Hardware Description Language is used to design the system with the method studied. The softwares that have been used are QuartusII, Max+plusII, ModelSim , Synplify and so on.The first part of the thesis introduces the way of modulation of forward link. The second part studies the ways of acquisition and track correspond to it. Then the performance is analyzed with some appropriate parameters provided. In the module of acquisition, a rapid acquistion method based on parallel architecture and adaptive threshold control is used, which could decrease the time has to be used before demodulation, and improve the performance of the whole system.Then the paper introduces RAKE technique in order to decrease some bad infection that wireless mobile channel brings. So Maximum Ratio Combining is used to improve system performance.According to all the methods of the former chapters. Softcore of the whole baseband demodulation module is designed. Simulated by some EDA tools, every part of the softcore is proved that it achieves to get the CDMA2000 system specifications. |
