The production and development of the field bus has induced the revolutionary of the industry control field. FCS has become the hot point of the control field because of its characteristics in digital, distribution and opening. The control system based on the field bus has replaced the traditional control system step by step and represents the development direction of advanced control system. But the field bus standard has not unionized so many buses have still existed simultaneously. With the development o f computer, control and communication t echnology and the rapid development of internet, the same time the Ethernet being matured and the key technology for Ethernet applying in the industry control such as communication real time, the bus power supply of device, mutual operation, essential safety and distant communication being resolved, the Ethernet has come into the field bus control and become the highlight of the field bud technology development when the field bus standard is still contestable.As the local standard supported by IEEE802.3 has become the industry standard which firstly developed by the Xerox Company, lately was extended by digital device company, Intel Company and Xerox Company. Ethernet has only defined physical layer and link layer but as a whole communication protocol it needs the supports of high layer. This project adopts the protocol of TCP/IP as the communication protocol. With the maturation of Ethernet, the low price of link cable and device, the rapid development of band width (thousand even ten thousand bps Ethernet), especially the appearance of the rapid Ethernet and the exchange Ethernet, Ethernet has become the main communication standard in the industry control field gradually.This paper based on the field bus control system brings forward a control project of the embedded industry Ethernet applying in the industry field which analyses the standardization processing of the field bus protocoland produces the advantages of Ethernet comparing the disadvantage of the coexisting of buses and communication protocols.This paper starting from the Ethernet introduces the embedded hardware structure and embedded software structure applying in the industry control processing in detail, analyses the composed structure of Ethernet materially, gives the necessary core part-the design thoughtfulness to construct the model, analyzes the work mechanism of net interface and host interface and discusses the problem about the micro processor and net: the inception and transmission of the data. In this design we fulfill the unified net communication protocol including the frame inception protocol of the Ethernet interface layer; the data transmit net protocol of the IP layer, the reliable flowing data frame transmission protocol of the TCP layer and the application layer of the MODBUS.
