In this paper, the application of self-learning fuzzy control is introduced, with the unloading system of absorbent for controlled plant in the production of the lubricating oil.Fuzzy control is an important branch in an automatic control theory, following the classical control theory and modem control theory; it became a control theory with outstanding domain. It has remarkable result when controlled nonlinear system and lagging system especially. The basic theories of fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy control were described essentially. According to the on-the-spot control parameter and feedback parameter, Self-learning fuzzy control can calculate new control rules based on the originality rules. So the controlled plant can reach setting value fast and steadily.For self- self-learning fuzzy controller worked more effectively, it reached a conversion method from traditional fuzzy control rule to clearly fuzzy control rule. So it can save the hardware expenses, raise operation efficiency.The paper introduced the method of self-learning controller combined with broadwin WebAccess, realized to control controlled plant. The interface routine of unloading system of absorbent and broadwin WebAccess is explained emphatically. It also declared the method of the data communication utilized LANs. The paper carried out the response curve's monitoring of unloading system of absorbent making use of outstanding characteristic of WebAccess. So unloading system of absorbent has network-interconnected function which raises the effectiveness and practibility of system.The theory of thesis applied to unloading system of absorbent actually, has made the obvious control result. Compared with the existing white soil refined device, unloading system of absorbent solved the shortcoming of white soil using amount heavy and residual oil rate high. The application shows that the system stability and control precision conform to production demands. It is concluded that the method is feasible and has practical values to certain degree.
