Natural language is very important and common medium in communication of human beings. Obviously, during the course of information interchange between computer and human, natural language is one of the best choices. Along with the prevalence of internet, cross platform, portability, accuracy are required for the Chinese language generation. Portable technology for Chinese language generation based on XML is developed for this purpose.This paper discusses several ways in which XML can be used in work on Chinese language generation, including XML-based pipeline architectures, templates-based generation with XSL templates, and tree-to-tree transformations. In order to improve the quality of generated sentences, we utilize the theory about semantic parse during the generation course, and introduce a portable model of Chinese language generation based on XML which can work in different domain with limit modifying and databases of relative knowledge.
