Research And Application Of The Workflow Management System In E-government System

Workflow technology is a key technology to process modeling and process management. It can be combined with other business management systems, such as Electronic government system, Project Management system, Customer Relationship Management system, Supply Chain Management system, Enterprise Resources Planning system, and so on. They are more flexible than the common application management systems.This paper first introduces the basic concept and research status quo of workflow, provides the workflow reference model defined by Workflow Management Coalition, designs a workflow management system based on COM (Component Object Model) and Web technologies according to the reference model and analysis of real business requirements by using object oriented method.This paper provides a workflow process model of "activity network diagram with restrict condition " extending from process model based on activity network diagram. This model resolves problem that "activity network diagram" cann't enough describes state by importing "state" and "condition" to the process model. This paper designs organization model and information model, realizes modeling tool working graphically which is provided by the workflow reference model, introduces design of workflow engine and workflow instance executing arithmatic. Finally, a whole workflow Process of Electronic government business is realized in this paper.We know that the market of workflow products is an active part of whole fremd market of IT by researching workflow products. At present, internal workflow product market is in germinating phase and will become huge market with information industry development at very fast speed and technology advancement of naternal enterprise. So research on workflow technology is some value of practicality and development biggish space.
