With the rapid development of the Internet, we have stepped into the Network Age. It is urgent and essential for traditional corporations to get into e-business so as to develop their business to the Internet. Thus, business corporations are required to establish an Internet Corporate Identity System.As for the issue of how to establish an effective and efficient Internet Corporate Identity System, due to the fact that Internet itself is a novelty to the world, we still don't have the systematic ideology on this subject and therefore have no solid theoretical foundation in practical application. This article aims to investigate the possibility of how to establish an effective and efficient Internet Corporate Identity System, and attempts to probe into the theories on this subject.The first part of the article makes a detailed analysis on the background of the forthcoming of the Internet Corporate Identity System, which is inevitable and of great significance with the booming development of Internet economy. The Internet Corporate Identity System is virtually inherited from CI, and thus is the extension of CI on web. The article elaborates on the structure of the system.Whereafter, the author probes into the relationship between the Internet Corporate Identity System and design management, user-computer interaction and internet marketing so as to analyze the Internet Corporate Identity System from the aspects of managing, user-computer interaction and marketing. The author attempts to construct a theoretical framework to illustrate the issues theoretically. On the one hand, in the course of the design phase of the Internet Corporate Identity System, it is required to regulate and manage it by means of design management; on the other hand, according to its web characteristics, we have to design it cautiously by means of user-computer interaction. At the same time, we should survey the system from the perspective of marketing to fulfill its commercial function.In the last part of the article, the author illustrates a large quantity of cases to elaborate on how to construct the Internet Corporate Identity System and Commercial Web Site, so as to discuss the proposition from all sides.
