Internal microstructure for artificial bioactive bone is the important step to fabricating bioactive bone by rapid prototyping.In this paper ,according to the basic request of human bone bionic microstructure ,we discusing the human bone microstructure design,and giving the arithmetic of human bone bionic microstructure modeling.Firstly the contour of the human bone image and a serial CT image was adjusted ,edged .The data of contour was picked up.On the base of data disposaling and changing two dimension into three dimension, the three dimensional bionic human bone contour was simulated in computer.We give an arithmetic of how to modeling the marrow cavum.Second ,through studying microstructure of bone tissue and combining with rapid prototyping technology ,and analuzing the basic request of human bone microstructure in bone tissue engineering.We giving the arithmetic of osteon distributing.First step is constructuring the top cross section of bone,second step is constructring the inner of bone tissue.Three,we detailed discssing the osteon fabric.We find haversian osteon is self-similar,so we can apply the fractal theory to model the haversian osteon .In the next place ,we discuss the bone cell and fiber's place.So we model a complete osteon.Four ,we discuss the importance of bone top cross section fron the point of view interface biomechanics.At last ,on the base of discussion,we realize the human bionic bone three dimenssion microstructure model on computer. In the process of system exploitation,it is needed to deal with a lot of data.By the VC and uniteed,we can utilize MATLAB to manage data compute and increase the application programm's explotion velocity. By the research of human bone structure ,and combining the characteristic of rapid prototype, adopts an objected-oriented technology,establishes the bone microstructure model .The model is a structure with multi-holes,large area and volume.Not only the size and distribution but also the shape and structure of micro-holes are considered.This structure can assure the bioactivity of the bones in structure .The model is self-analogous and can be easily described and realized .
