With the development of information and automatization in enterprise, it is urgent for enterprise to integrate its network to a uniform one. This integration does not only base on physical connection, but also on logic interlink, they can work in an organic and harmonious way, so they can exert unitary benefit, and to form an organic integer. But it is difficult to build a uniform network because of the isomerism of the local controlling network and information network, and in fact it can't modify the information network in a big scale for information network technique has universal norm nowadays. So the target only eyes on real-time control and measurement network and how to build new distributed real-time controlling and measuring network becomes the break through of the integration.After analysis on the present technology of measurement and control, it is concluded that transparent data transmission, mutual manipulation, and real-time work are the three uniform requirements that network imposes on the control and measurement. It is reached that a distributed real-time controlling and measuring network, which realizes physical connection by industrial Ethernet, server, and local bus technology is the optimal selection under present technology and condition.It is demanded in integration not only physically but logically. As for thedistributed measuring and controlling system, the usage of uniform in-betweencomponents might facilitate the development, integration, upgrade and maintenanceof variety of application systems, decrease cost of construction of measuring andcontrolling network, increase productivity. Comparing familiar in-betweencomponents and considering the requirements of the mutual manipulation andreal-time of isomerous equipments, the real-time CORBA technique is selected as theuniform software platform to realize the distributed measuring and controlling system.Next, concept model of distributed measuring and controlling system is proposedin this article. This model bases on the CORBA technique, can easily construct themeasuring and controlling system and realize the non-crevice integration ofmeasuring and controlling network and information network. The agent server play akey role in this model for it makes the bottom bus layer a transparent net layer to theupper layer of information network. A detailed instruction of designation andrealization of embedded agent server basing on ARM is given. The problem inCORBA applications developing and its resolvent is discussed in the last chapter.
