Stereo vision measurement technology based on computer has been developing rapidly, and the technology of 3D information acquisition has been widely applied in many fields, such as aviation mapping, military application, mechanical manufacture, biology technique and so on. How to survey exactly, conveniently, fast is an important task for many researchers.With the theory of computer vision and relative condition, this paper emphasizes on:(1) Fast acquire 3D information technology-based on the laser radar's character of fastacquiring the 3D section of a 3D model, the new laser radar system mounted on a rotate equipment will fast acquire 3D information of the same model. (2) Acquire the 3Dinformation of an complex surfaces of a 3D model-this method is based on the theory oflaser triangulation. At last, experiments have been done to validate the feasibility of the two methods, and the factors affecting the measuring precision are analyzed.
